Jenny Russell
Founder
Jenny Russell is the owner and founder of JenRus Freelance, a marketing agency. A Little Hometown Shirt is a branch of JenRus Freelance and Jenny serves in an advisory and administrative role as needed.
Josey Hammer
Manager
Josey is the manager for A Little Hometown Shirt. She oversees the design and production of all of merchandise. She manages each member of the team with steadfast leadership and guidance. Additionally, she meets with clients to help bring their vision to life. Along with her service to A Little Hometown Shirt, Josey is the head photographer and videographer for JenRus Freelance.
Steven Benne
Creative Director
Steve leads the screen-printing work for A Little Hometown Shirt, digital designing, social media management, and other creative work. Steve and His wife live in Courtland where he also works for The Courtland Journal, coaches and directs the school play for Pike Valley Schools and fills the pulpit at his church on occasion .
Benjamin Schaub
Head of Logistics
Ben corresponds with all customers to receive orders and answer any questions. He is also is in charge of purchasing any items for use in production. He is the newest addition to A Little Hometown Shirt and makes sure that all orders are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
Erica Sublett
College Staff
A valued member of the A Little Hometown staff for the past two years, Erica was our summer intern throughout senior year of high school at Pike Valley and Freshman year at Cloud County Community College. A jack of all production lines in the shop, we are glad for Erica’s help.
